These ready-made Sicilian pastry shells give homemade cannoli their signature crisp bite without the need to prepare or fry the pastry. The 250g retail tray contains approximately eight large shells, ready to fill with your favourite sweet filling.
For a traditional dessert, pipe in lightly sweetened ricotta just before serving and finish with chocolate chips or chopped pistachios. Serve with espresso or add to an Italian dessert selection.
Ingredients: Type 00 WHEAT flour, vegetable oil (palm), sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (fats: palm; oils: sunflower), EGGS, margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats: palm; water), salt, flavourings, cocoa.
Allergens: Contains WHEAT (gluten) and EGGS. May contain SOYA, MILK (including lactose), PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS and MUSTARD.
