Ingredients & Allergens
Ingredients: Italian potatoes (65%), potato starch, maize flour, maize starch, rice flour (including dusting flour), salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid, turmeric.

Cooking & Preparation
Boil in salted water for approximately 2 minutes. Drain when the gnocchi rise to the surface, as recommended by Rummo for its gluten-free potato gnocchi.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place (maximum 25°C). Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Do not puncture the packaging.
