Rummo Mezzi Rigatoni 500g are short, ridged Italian pasta tubes made using Rummo's Lenta Lavorazione method. Shorter than classic rigatoni, they capture dense sauces inside their hollow centres and along their ridges.

Try with rich tomato sauces, artichoke cream, or traditional bean-and-mussel dishes. Cooking time: approximately 14 minutes.
