Rummo Gluten Free Mezzi Rigatoni 400g bring the familiar ridged tube shape of traditional mezzi rigatoni to a gluten-free pasta made with rice and corn. The short, ridged tubes are designed to hold rich sauces inside and out.
Ideal with substantial tomato, vegetable or seafood sauces. Rummo recommends a cooking time of approximately 12 minutes.
Ingredients: Wholemeal rice (36%), yellow corn (32.5%), white corn (20%), rice (8%), potato starch (3%), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
Nutrition: Per 100g: energy 1445kJ / 341kcal; fat 2g, of which saturates 0.7g; carbohydrate 73.2g, of which sugars 0.3g; fibre 3.1g; protein 6g; salt 0.003g.
