Delicate, crisp crackers with the deeply satisfying flavour of dark rye and naturally fermented sourdough. A perfect partner to strong blue cheeses, particularly Stilton.
Ingredients: Spelt flour, dark rye flour, sourdough (wholemeal spelt flour and water), buttermilk (milk), malted rye, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk powder, sea salt and malted barley flour.
