San Marti Fideu Angel Hair Pasta 250g — Fine, short 1mm strands of Spanish pasta made by the Sanmartí family in Catalonia. Traditionally cooked in a wide pan with sofrito and seafood stock for Valencian fideuà, these delicate noodles are equally useful in light soups, broths and stews. Boil in salted water for approximately 4–6 minutes, or add directly to simmering stock.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, water.
Allergens: Contains WHEAT (gluten). May contain EGGS and SOYBEANS.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
