Its preparation was done by the hands of apothecaries, ancient pharmacists, and was intended exclusively for nobles because the ingredients used for the preparation were delicious and very expensive.
Ingredients:
Melon and candied cedar 36% (melon, glucose-fructose syrup, cedar 9%, sugar, acidifier:
(citric acid) - wheat flour - sugar - pistachio 10% - almonds 6% - glucose syrup-fructose - powdered sugar 3% (sugar, corn starch) - starch wafer (potato starch, water, sunflower oil) - flavorings. May contain soy, mustard and other nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
