Sapori Torta di Cecco al Cioccolato is a traditional Tuscan fruit and nut cake made with candied orange and apricot, hazelnuts and almonds, all covered in rich dark chocolate.
Soft and dense with a lovely contrast of fruity, nutty and chocolate flavours, it’s a distinctive speciality from Siena with roots dating back to the Middle Ages. The generous dark chocolate coating gives it a rich finish, making it perfect served in thin slices with coffee or dessert wine, or added to an Italian Christmas hamper.
Made in Italy. Contains wheat, hazelnuts and almonds. May contain soya, milk, mustard, walnuts and pistachios.
