Spanish Churro Mix 500g
Harimsa Churro Mix 500g is a prepared flour mix for making churros at home. The 500g pack includes a piping bag; add water to make the dough and follow the pack’s frying instructions.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, powdered MILK, MILK whey, dry yeast, salt, thickeners: E412 and E415.
Allergens: Contains WHEAT (gluten) and MILK. May contain egg, soya and mustard.
Nutrition: Per 100g: energy 1449kJ / 341kcal; fat 1.4g, of which saturates 0.5g; carbohydrate 70.1g, of which sugars 4.5g; fibre 2.6g; protein 12g; salt 1.25g.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, off the ground and below 25°C. After opening, refrigeration is recommended.
Preparation and care: Gradually stir the mix into warm water until smooth. Rest for about 15 minutes, then use the piping bag to shape churros into hot oil. Fry until golden on both sides and dust with sugar if desired. Follow the pack for quantities and full instructions.
