Sperlari Torrone Classico with Almond is a traditional Italian nougat made with toasted almonds, honey and egg white for a crisp texture and delicately sweet, nutty flavour.
A classic speciality from Cremona, it combines fragrant roasted almonds with the gentle sweetness of honey in a recipe that’s especially popular during the festive season. Perfect for breaking into pieces and sharing after dinner, serving with coffee or adding to an Italian Christmas hamper.
Available in 150g and 250g sizes. Made in Italy. Contains almonds and egg. May contain other nuts, milk and soya.
