Tenuta Marmorelle Asparagus Risotto 250g is a ready-to-cook Italian risotto blend made with Carnaroli rice, asparagus, vegetables and herbs. The asparagus adds a delicate, fresh flavour to the creamy rice.
Produced in Italy and ready in approximately 15 minutes, it is delicious served simply with extra virgin olive oil, or finished with Parmesan to taste.

Cooking & Preparation
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the risotto mix and stir for 1 minute. Add the quantity of water specified on the packaging, stirring occasionally. Ready in approximately 15 minutes. Finish with extra virgin olive oil or Parmesan if desired.
