Tenuta Marmorelle Tomato, Basil & Pecorino Pasta Sauce 500ml is a rich Italian tomato sauce combining ripe tomatoes and sweet cherry tomato purée (81.6%) with ricotta, Pecorino Romano and fragrant basil. The cheeses give it a savoury, rounded finish, while onion, garlic and extra virgin olive oil provide depth. Warm gently and toss through pasta or gnocchi, or layer into baked pasta dishes.
Ingredients: Tomato pulp and cherry tomato sauce (81.6%), cheeses [mixed ricotta (MILK whey, MILK, salt), Pecorino Romano (3%) (sheep's MILK, rennet, salt)], extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots, basil (1%), garlic, sea salt, CELERY, parsley, pepper, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Allergens: Contains MILK and CELERY.
