Ingredients: Carnaroli rice (95%), onion, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related species), salt, carrot, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) (0.3%), truffle aroma, brown sugar, tomato, chives, parsley, turmeric.
May contain traces of gluten and milk.
Cooking & Preparation
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the risotto mix and stir for 1 minute. Add the quantity of water specified on the packaging, stirring occasionally. Ready in approximately 15 minutes. Finish with extra virgin olive oil or Parmesan if desired.
