Terre Ducali Strolghino is a delicate, finely crafted Italian salami from the Parma region, traditionally made using select cuts of pork from culatello production. This results in a particularly refined texture and a naturally sweet, elegant flavour profile.
Soft and tender due to its short curing time, strolghino is known for its smooth bite and gentle seasoning, with subtle notes of garlic and spice that enhance rather than overpower the meat. Its fine grind and light marbling give it a melt-in-the-mouth quality that sets it apart from more robust salamis.
Best enjoyed thinly sliced at room temperature, it pairs beautifully with crusty bread, mild cheeses and a glass of sparkling wine or Lambrusco. A true delicacy, it offers a softer, more nuanced expression of Italian cured meats.
