Urbani White Truffle Sauce with Natural Aroma 180g A creamy mushroom sauce with bianchetto and white truffle, finished with extra virgin olive oil, onion and white wine. Stir into pasta or risotto off the heat.
Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) (40%), cream (cow's MILK), extra virgin olive oil, water, maize starch, bianchetto truffle pieces (Tuber albidium Pico) (3%), onion, white wine, natural flavouring, salt, white truffle pieces (Tuber magnatum Pico) (1%), whey (MILK), vegetable fibre, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: lactic acid, black pepper.
Allergens: Contains MILK (cream and whey). May contain traces of NUTS.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 7 days.
